Role
Technical Pre-Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer needs, develop technical sales strategies, and provide technical support during the sales process.
- Product Demonstrations: Conduct compelling product demonstrations and presentations, showcasing the value and capabilities of our cloud security and AI automation solutions.
- Solution Design: Work with customers to design and propose solutions that meet their specific requirements, ensuring our products align with their business goals.
- Customer Engagement: Serve as a trusted advisor to customers, addressing technical inquiries, and providing insights into best practices for deploying our solutions.
- Technical Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation, including product datasheets, white papers, and integration guides.
- Feedback Loop: Gather customer feedback and work with the product development team to influence the product roadmap and feature enhancements.
- Training and Education: Conduct training sessions and webinars for customers and internal teams to ensure a deep understanding of our products.
- Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies in cloud security and AI automation.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications in cloud security or AI are a plus.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a sales engineering or technical pre-sales role, preferably within the cloud security or AI automation or cybersecurity domain.
- Proven track record of successfully supporting enterprise sales teams and closing deals.
- Technical Skills: Deep understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and security protocols.
- Proficiency in AI and automation technologies, including machine learning and data analytics.
- Familiarity with cybersecurity principles, tools, and best practices.
- Experience with scripting and programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, Shell scripting) is advantageous.
- Soft Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple projects and deadlines.
Preferred Certifications
- Certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect, Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), or relevant AI/ML certifications.
